Need to improve your skills at capturing Australian wildlife? I can provide custom capture and trapper training courses for a wide variety of mammals, from rodents to dingoes and more. 

Need help writing an empirical journal paper or literature review? Need help reviewing a manuscript, thesis, dissertation or technical report, or with critical evaluation of scientific literature? Need help with your editorial roles and responsibilities? I can assist with these tasks, but also provide a series of half-day or full-day scientific writing, reviewing and editing workshops for individuals or groups to improve their skills at all aspects of the scientific writing, reviewing and publishing process.

Need help with goal setting or with preparing a personal research plan, promotion application, or resume or curriculum vitae (CV)? I can assist with the development of each of these things for individuals or groups, through either one-on-one coaching or group-level half-day or full-day workshops.

Looking for someone to help design a wildlife research study or experiment, or fauna monitoring program? I can assist with determining appropriate and feasible research questions, hypotheses and aims, and with designing robust study protocols that get the scientific answers you're looking for. I can also assist with the selection and appropriate use of a wide variety of wildlife survey and sampling tools and techniques, including: sand plots, camera traps, acoustic recorders, eDNA sampling, spotlighting, live capture and trapping, and movement tracking with radio, GPS and/or satellite systems for a variety of mammals, reptiles and birds.
